Requirements for reports and presentations at Peering Forum MSK-IX
The report should include information that is important to the market, such as specific survey results, cases, new developments, and experience in the practical use of technology. Reports that contain explicit advertising or marketing messages are not permitted.

The organizers reserve the right to decline a suggested subject for a report.
The report should be presented in a simple and easy-to-follow language. Try to avoid excessive use of complex technical terms and phrases.
Presentations must be made in Microsoft Power Point (.ppt or .pptx) or PDF formats.
The file size should not exceed 100 MB. The inclusion of videos in the presentation must be discussed separately.
Presentations should be made in a concise and visually pleasing way. The use of too many text blocks or complex tables is not recommended.
For the correct display of the presentation on screens in the halls and online, slides should be designed to the 16:9 format.
The presentation must contain the title of the report, and the name and contact information of the author/authors.
Fonts should be clear and legible, with a 25 point minimum. It is recommended that a contrasting background color be used to make the text stand out.
Sources should be cited for the items/subjects presented on the slides.
The use of images, diagrams, charts and multimedia objects is recommended as deemed necessary to support or illustrate the key points of the report.
The subject of the report must be discussed with the organizers no later than October 1, 2023. The presentation must be submitted no less than 14 days before the forum to be reviewed for compliance with the content and technical requirements.
