The Peering Forum is the largest industry event in Russia. First organized in 2005, it brings together telecom operators, cloud service providers, copyright holders, broadcasters and content providers, data centers, commercial and state-run organizations from different sectors of the economy, and other members of the network community.

This forum brings together top managers, tech professionals, audiovisual content producers and buyers, and representatives of regulatory bodies to discuss key issues related to the development of the Russian telecom industry and internet infrastructure.

This traditional track of the Peering Forum offers roundtable meetings, panel discussions, analysis and technology reports on the development of the internet infrastructure, network connectivity, network infrastructure, industry regulation and other important aspects of the industry.
The media market currently focuses on maximizing the use of modern IP technology for producing, distributing and protecting audiovisual content. These and other pressing topics will be part of the Video Content+ track.
Eight hours of relevant content without empty talk or self-promotion
Peering forum is a conference for clients and friends. To participate, send an application and receive confirmation from the organizers.
The deadline for consideration of applications is 5 working days.
No more than 2 people can be registered from one organization. However, you can contact your manager and request additional invitations. We will definitely consider your request.

Peering Forum MSK-IX is the largest Russian tech-industry event. Since 2005, it has brought together telecom operators, cloud service providers, content creators, private and state-run organizations from different sectors of the economy, and other members of the internet community.

Network connectivity.
One of the main topics of Peering Forum MSK-IX covers issues related to the creation and maintenance of the internet exchange point infrastructure (IXP). The themed sessions will be used to discuss various aspects of interconnectivity such as protocols, network optimization, traffic management and ways to improve the efficiency of information exchange between networks.
Network security.
Peering Forum MSK-IX is also a platform to discuss network and information security. Speakers and report authors must provide:

  • the report to be printed and/or published on the forum website and social networks, as well as to be presented to the event’s information partners

Requirements for reports and presentations at Peering Forum MSK-IX
The report should include information that is important to the market, such as specific survey results, cases, new developments, and experience in the practical use of technology. Reports that contain explicit advertising or marketing messages are not permitted.

General requirements for reports:
The organizers reserve the right to decline a suggested subject for a report.
The report should be presented in a simple and easy-to-follow language. Try to avoid excessive use of complex technical terms and phrases.
Presentations must be made in Microsoft Power Point (.ppt or .pptx) or PDF formats.
The file size should not exceed 100 MB. The inclusion of videos in the presentation must be discussed separately.
Presentations should be made in a concise and visually pleasing way. The use of too many text blocks or complex tables is not recommended.
For the correct display of the presentation on screens in the halls and online, slides should be designed to the 16:9 format.
The presentation must contain the title of the report, and the name and contact information of the author/authors.
Fonts should be clear and legible, with a 25 point minimum. It is recommended that a contrasting background color be used to make the text stand out.
Sources should be cited for the items/subjects presented on the slides.
The use of images, diagrams, charts and multimedia objects is recommended as deemed necessary to support or illustrate the key points of the report.
The subject of the report must be discussed with the organizers no later than October 1, 2023. The presentation must be submitted no less than 14 days before the forum to be reviewed for compliance with the content and technical requirements.
